At the Beacon of Life, we are passionate about coming alongside women who have experienced trauma due to domestic violence, homelessness, or incarceration, so that they can heal, grow, and experience a meaningful, productive life.  We are honored that you want to join us in this journey and take our financial stewardship of your gift very seriously. Monthly gifts (even if smaller) help us to budget most effectively, but of course, we are incredibly grateful for all kinds of gifts!

Transparency is important to us. If you have any questions about our operations or finances, please contact our Executive Director, Melissa Vine, at director@thebeacondm.org.

It was after leaving an unhealthy living situation and spending the night in the sculpture park when I knew I needed help. I was broken, lonely, and trusted no one. I was admitted to Broadlawns Hospital and able to get a little sleep, but after…
